Learn to Paint-"Anyone Can" - 4 Week Acrylic Painting Class -Adults
This is a self‑paced class where I guide you individually at your own level. Instead of everyone painting the same thing, you’ll work on a subject of your choice, and I’ll show you each step in a simple, easy‑to-follow way so you can complete your artwork from start to finish.
Please bring an A4 printed image of what you’d like to paint. The focus will be on the techniques you need for your project and on helping you grow as an artist. All levels are welcome, beginners to advanced, everyone works differently, so we’ll find the approach that suits you best.
No drawing or painting experience is needed. My motto is “Learn to Paint, Anyone Can.” Come with a mindset of progress, not perfection.
Enjoy creating alongside like‑minded people and give yourself the gift of art. You may join at any time during the 4‑week block at a pro‑rata rate if spaces are available.
All materials are provided, including acrylic paints, brushes, aprons, and a 30×40 cm canvas. You’re welcome to bring a larger canvas if you prefer.
Classes are held on the Mornington Peninsula, at the lovely studio within the Mornington Industrial Park location.
*Please note:
- Check class schedule as it may or may not be 4 consecutive weeks.
- Make up classes are not available
- In person classes will automatically switch to online in the case of lockdown.
- Class may be postponed/rescheduled in the case of insufficient bookings.

- Smaller canvas' are supplied (30x40cm) If you wish to paint larger you are welcome to BYO, keep in mind this may take longer.

Michele Ling is a contemporary artist and creative facilitator based on the Mornington Peninsula. She’s known for her vibrant acrylics and mixed‑media works that radiate colour, joy, and emotional warmth. With over 20 years of experience teaching art to children and adults, Michele inspires confidence and creativity through her inclusive workshops and community events. Her motto, “Learn to Paint — Anyone Can,” reflects her belief that art is for everyone.

Michele Ling is a contemporary Artist based on the Mornington Peninsula, her mission is to inspire, educate & uplift people through art. Her personal belief is that art & colour play an important role in our lives. Greatly influenced by colour, her art generates feelings of love, light & joy. She enjoys the flexibility of painting with acrylics, using texture, collage, and exploring various mixed media works.
Having worked with art for over 20 years, including teaching art to various groups of children & adults. Her painting styles are numerous and include fine detailed work to creative and colourful abstracts.
A passionate art tutor, Michele holds regular classes and workshops in Mornington, classes are also available online and a mobile service is available for those in need. Her motto is "Learn to Paint, Anyone Can".

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 5 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 5 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
- Gift Vouchers, No-Shows and Late Cancellations are non-refundable nor are they available for rescheduling
- If you miss a class, there are no refunds and no make-up classes
- If you cancel your booking and are owed a refund, this will be issued minus the booking fee
- Insurance is available via We Teach Me upon booking checkout, you may then be eligible for a refund, (check conditions) please contact We Teach Me
- If you need to reschedule your booking, please advise Paint Your World. With sufficient notice you may then transfer your booking to another date, depending on circumstances, refunds will be considered by request, minus an admin fee
- Any class cancelled by Paint Your World, booked & paid, is entitled to a full refund
- If a class is rescheduled you will be offered a place to the rescheduled date
