TWEENS (11yo+) - School Holiday Art/Weekend Workshop
The Stencil Art Workshop is a high‑energy, creative session designed just for teens & tweens 11yo+ who love bold colour, street‑art vibes and hands‑on fun. Using our custom‑cut stencils, they get to layer shapes, patterns and imagery to build their own unique artwork — no drawing skills needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
Working on a stretched canvas, techniques they may explore are sponging, blending and colour layering, while learning how to turn simple shapes and images into striking designs. The studio atmosphere is relaxed and social, giving them space to experiment, make mistakes, try new ideas and discover their own style.
Everyone walks away with a finished artwork that feels modern, expressive and totally theirs, plus the confidence boost that comes from creating something bold and original.
Your child will gain confidence and feel very proud of themselves, most of all have a great time and meet like minded kids.

Michele Ling is a contemporary artist and creative facilitator based on the Mornington Peninsula. She’s known for her vibrant acrylics and mixed‑media works that radiate colour, joy, and emotional warmth. With over 20 years of experience teaching art to children and adults, Michele inspires confidence and creativity through her inclusive workshops and community events. Her motto, “Learn to Paint — Anyone Can,” reflects her belief that art is for everyone.

Michele Ling is a contemporary Artist based on the Mornington Peninsula, her mission is to inspire, educate & uplift people through art. Her personal belief is that art & colour play an important role in our lives. Greatly influenced by colour, her art generates feelings of love, light & joy. She enjoys the flexibility of painting with acrylics, using texture, collage, and exploring various mixed media works.
Having worked with art for over 20 years, including teaching art to various groups of children & adults. Her painting styles are numerous and include fine detailed work to creative and colourful abstracts.
A passionate art tutor, Michele holds regular classes and workshops in Mornington, classes are also available online and a mobile service is available for those in need. Her motto is "Learn to Paint, Anyone Can".
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 5 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 5 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
- Gift Vouchers, No-Shows and Late Cancellations are non-refundable nor are they available for rescheduling
- If you miss a class, there are no refunds and no make-up classes
- If you cancel your booking and are owed a refund, this will be issued minus the booking fee
- Insurance is available via We Teach Me upon booking checkout, you may then be eligible for a refund, (check conditions) please contact We Teach Me
- If you need to reschedule your booking, please advise Paint Your World. With sufficient notice you may then transfer your booking to another date, depending on circumstances, refunds will be considered by request, minus an admin fee
- Any class cancelled by Paint Your World, booked & paid, is entitled to a full refund
- If a class is rescheduled you will be offered a place to the rescheduled date
