- Steps to load a handle for efficient workflow, correct tamping techniques, learn how to create silky milk, basic latte art, machine cleaning & maintenance tips

If you can't attend the class:
- A refund can be requested 1 day before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 1 day before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 1 day before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
