Small Bird Making - 2 part class - With Lalu
Come along to Oxart Pottery HQ to learn the process of sculpting a unique small flock of birds from conception to completion. You will eventually take home a small flock of beautiful little birds for your garden or home, that will have honed your new found skills in working with clay.
This 2 part workshop will be held over 2 separate days - Beginning on Saturday 11th July and finishing with a few hours of decorating on the 19th July. Your Workshop will include all materials, glazing and firing of finished pieces. A delicious lunch will be provided in the first (longer) session and a cuppa and cake for the last class.
It's a lovely chance to be creative, chat and enjoy a great day by the fire at Oxart Pottery making with clay..... the perfect winter activity!

You will learn
- This class will have you mastering the art of sculpture in Clay, you will take home an exciting work of art!
You will get
- Your beautiful creations will be glazed and fired for you to collect as finished pieces.
Appropriate for
This is an adult class (15 - 99 years) and no previous experience with clay is required.

Your Teacher
Your teacher is ceramic artist Larissa Taylor (@laluceramics), a well practiced and qualified ceramicist and artist holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts drawing major, a Diploma of Fine Art painting major and a Diploma of Education. She has spent many years teaching and has a beautiful studio in Ballan, Victoria where she currently creates work for various exhibitions, sale at Oxart and her website.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A refund can be requested 1 day before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 2 hours before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 2 hours before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
