Winter Fascia Release Workshop 2-Hour Intensive
Move better, feel better, and build a practical toolkit for self-release.
This hands-on workshop explores a range of fascia and soft tissue release techniques using props including balls, bolsters, blocks and other simple tools. Through targeted release work, mobility drills and movement exploration, you'll learn how to identify areas of tension and use self-myofascial release techniques to improve mobility, reduce restriction and support recovery.
This workshop combines education, release work and movement to help you understand how your body responds and what techniques work best for you. Expect to move, experiment, and leave with a collection of practical releases you can continue using at home, in the studio, or before and after training.
Ideal for circus artists, aerialists, movers, athletes, desk workers, and anyone interested in moving with greater freedom and ease.
You'll leave with:
- A better understanding of fascia and tissue health
- Practical release techniques for common tension areas
- Improved mobility and body awareness
- A take-home toolkit of exercises and self-treatment strategies
What to bring: A yoga mat, an extra layer, warm socks.
