These classes are taught by Sharon Flynn, founder of The Fermentary and author of 2 best selling books on fermenting - Ferment for Good (2017) and Wild Drinks (2022). Founded on the spirit generosity - sharing traditions and making good food for a cultured gut over 10 years ago, The Fermentary fills guts all around Australia and beyond with their small batch, wild fermented sauerkraut and kimchi range as well as providing equipment and cultures through their online store so you can ferment at home easily. Sharon Flynn is a passionate teacher who draws on a lifetime of knowledge and a desire to share what she knows.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 5 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$25.00 applies.
- A credit note can be requested 5 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$25.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at The Fermentary or organised by The Fermentary must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by The Fermentary
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give The Fermentary unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at The Fermentary classes and events or on The Fermentary premises. (For use of The Fermentary marketing materials).
