Armadale Cellars offers two introductory options. The Beginners Wine Class is a single session limited to 10 participants, covering fundamentals including sight, smell, taste, varietal characteristics, service, cellaring, and food and wine matching. It features six Australian table wines with a strong food component. The Introduction to Wine Four Week Course (previously five weeks) provides a comprehensive program covering all facets of wine appreciation with dedicated weeks focusing on Champagne and other key topics.

Armadale Cellars offers several one-night courses conducted by experienced wine industry presenters. The One-Night Palate Trainer runs monthly from 6:30pm–8:45pm for $79 and teaches participants to identify specific wine faults that occur in 1 out of 12 bottles. Additional single-session options include Understanding Burgundy ($159 for 9 wines and a charcuterie plate), Chardonnay Challenge ($159 including supper), Pinot Noir Challenge ($159 including supper), and Champagne Challenge ($199 including supper).

Armadale Cellars hosts several blind tasting challenge events. The Grange Shiraz Challenge features 12 premium Shiraz and Syrah wines tasted blind in the underground cellars, followed by light supper with a 13th glass. The Champagne Challenge includes 12 super premium Champagnes blind tasted with supper ($199). The Chardonnay Challenge (France vs. The Rest) at $159 places premium examples in head-to-head tastings. The Pinot Noir Challenge ($159) features 12 super-premium Pinot Noirs from multiple regions with supper included.

Yes. The Advanced Red Wine Four Week Course is available for $299 and includes tasting over $2000 of premium red wines from around the world. Participants taste wines from premium producers including Tapanappa, Cullen, Paradigm Hill, John Duval, and others. The course provides in-depth focus on key red grape varieties used in Australian wine production including Pinot Noir, Shiraz, and the Bordeaux family varieties. The Duck & Pinot Masterclass combines duck cooking instruction with Pinot Noir wine pairings, ending with a meal featuring each dish paired with wine and a 10% discount on products. The Duck & Brown Brothers Wine Matching Masterclass teaches cooking impressive duck dishes matched with various Australian wines. The Duck 'n' Bubbles Demonstrating Masterclass pairs duck dishes with champagne and sparkling Australian wines while teaching optimal pairing techniques.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase for several courses including the Shiraz Challenge, Chardonnay Challenge, Pinot Noir Challenge, One-Night Palate Trainer, Understanding Burgundy, Introduction to Whisky, and the RIEDEL Sensory Tasting.
