Our soccer classes serve children from age 4 through 16 years old. We offer specialized programs for different age groups including Little Pro (U5's), Future Kicks (4-5 year olds), Play Soccer programs (4-12 years), Soccer Pro development programs (U8's through U16's), and specialized training like Speed & Fitness for U14's. Each program is designed with the specific age group in mind to enable individual improvement in the shortest possible time.

Our Soccer Pro development classes maintain smaller group sizes of around 10 players with a maximum of 16 participants. This allows our coaches to specialize each component of each session to suit individual player needs. Specialized options like One on One training are also available for personalized development.

Yes. Our School Holiday Programs (U8's and U14's at Point Cook) are run by our Elite teams head coach and include player assessments. Each player receives an assessment of suitability and a report detailing their current level and the skills, speed, and fitness levels needed to join our Elite teams. The U8 program runs for 2 half days, while the U14 program runs for 3 half days.

Our school-based programs (Kick-Off, Strike, Super Soccer, and Lunchtime) focus on fundamentals including running, shooting, dribbling, passing, and learning all positions in soccer. Programs include skill development sessions both individually and in groups, drills, station work, and round robin competitions. Most programs provide a free soccer ball for all participants to keep.

Our standard Soccer Pro development programs run for approximately 10 weeks per term. School-based programs are structured by school terms. Holiday programs vary by age group, with U8 programs running 2 half days and U14 programs running 3 half days. Future Kicks sessions are 40 minutes in length.

Yes. Our One on One program provides extremely specialized training and development sessions designed specifically for individual players. All players undergo a skills and fitness assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses. Sessions are organized at times and places convenient to the player and can be run as often as required. We also offer a 5-week program that includes coaches attending the player's individual club matches to aid development.
